    Help With E-Bay

    What do you do when you are the seller on ebay, and the winning bidder doesnt send payment or respond to emails?? Can I contact Ebay? Do I get to run my aucition again??

    If a buyer doesn't send the money after 7 days you can file a non paying bidder report. Then you have to wait another 10 days and you can file a final value credit. This will get your final value fee credited to your account. After all that you can relist your item and if it sells your insertion fee refunded. Hope this wasn't too confusing.     Search the ebay help forums for "non paying bidder" you can file a complaint and relist the auction for free i think
