Remember that AAS lowers your immune system making you more likely to pick up any old virus floating around Bro

My current cycle I started my 1st week with d-bol ALONE. (only to see sides & if legit). I took only 15mgs. I gained 4lbs. Mostly water but it served its purpose which allowed me to get good pumps. So I never had sore throat only mild headache. 1 week to kick in

Personally, I do not favor excessive amounts of vitamins. Moderation is key. (your diet should have most)I do take a multivitamin in am & another in pm. As for which individual vitamins it varies. I might add the brand is important too . One way to check is drop you pill in a 8oz. glass of warm water. After 1 hour see how much is dissloved. If its real clumpy then it is a cheap brand full of more fillers, starches. This sits in your stomach not being fully absorbed. As for vitamin C 500mg or more is not too high remember its a water-soluble and is piss out daily.

    lol..

lol... what the hell is a glandular fever? and can someone post a legit study proving that aas "lowers" your immune system? i hear it's a little more complicated than that in that parts of your immune system become stronger and some weaker.
