21 yrs old, 6'2, 200lbs, not too sure about BF% but probably 12-15% (do need to go to the doctor to get it tested?). I've been lifting for about a year but just got really into all aspects including diet, supplements and cardio in the last month or so. Here's my proposed diet which is pretty much based off slizzut's.

7:30AM - 30-45mins inclined walking (duration depends on if i wake up early enough before work)

8:15AM - 1/4 cup plain almonds (15g fat), one scoop protein (22g pro)

11:30AM - 1/4 cup plain almonds (15g fat), 1 chicken breast (30g pro)

3:00PM - 1 or 2 scoops pro (22-44g pro), 1 Tbsp flax (what kind of flax do you all recommend, liquid, seed, I dont really know too much about it)

6:30PM - Workout

7:30PM - 1 scoop protein (22g pro), 40g dextrose

8:30PM - Lean Steak or Chicken (would it be ok to use fish sometimes to mix it up?), some vegetable, 1/2 cup brown rice (what else can i use other than this?)

10:00PM - 1 scoop whey, 1 Tbsp flax
