    Adequan

Has anybody had any experience with Adequan to cure sore joints?

If he doesn't respond, shoot Einstein a pm. He seems to like the stuff.

Theres a generic Adequan.....use it on my horse.....also Legend IV(hyluaronic acid) is quite good for horses but I don't know about human use

Adequan is far superior to hyaluronic acid/sodium hyaluronate. Adequan actually facilitates cartilage repair, whereas hyaluronic acid merely increases synovial fluid and lubricates joints, which serves as a band-aid, in essence.
You have to identify your injury/problem first though. if it's not cartilage-related, then adequan would be a poor choice, as it'll have no real impact on tendon/ligament issues.

you don't have to do that. I do 1cc a week for 3 weeks then 1 cc ever 21 days. I shoot it in my glute and it seems to be doing the trick for me.
