Use google. Type in steroids, and your units of measure. If that doesn't work type in conversion and your units of measure. That should do the trick. If not get creative with it. There is nothing I have never been able to not find on the net....if that makes any sence.

international units aren't something you can calculate across the board. its not a simple conversion. each drug/medication/whatever-the-hell-it-is may have its own international unit. its a method to streamline dosing of medications when various manufactring processes are being used.
for gh i believe it is a conversion of 3. therefore 1mg = 3iu.
