i think everyone gets cramps during football conditioning. do they last long after practice is over? also when do they start?
Are you taking ECA or clen also??
Do you drink enough water?
My thoughts too...Your getting a little dehydrated. Keep the muscles flooded with water especially during sports or working out. They're made up of 75% water so don't forget to down the water and take a good multi vit. or at least substitute potassium and maybe taurine if your running clen. Good luck. Im sure you're stretching but don't forget. I hate F*kin stretching but you have too
Im taking clen and i get crazy amounts of cramps, even with 8g of taurine and almost a gram of potassium![]()

Im Not Takin Clen Or Anything I Drink About 1 Or 3 Gallons Of Water A Day They Start Right When We Start Conditioning But They Dont Bother Me While Practicing And I Stretch For Like 8 Min At Nite
potassium pills to your supplementation
Exactly what i was gonna say. Last year i had the very same problem and my calves would cramp up and shake at night while i was sleeping. It was hell. Fixed it by simply adding some potassium pills to my vitamins. Or eat 2 bananas...Originally Posted by partyboynyc
