Bridging (so staying on juice all the time; and between cycles do a "mild" or low dosed steroid --> Extremely bad for you!).

PCT is done to let normal-range Hormonelevels re-occur (to reach Homeostatis again) introducing Another steroid will prevent this from happening.

If you are talking about Time to PCT
(e.g. Test Enantate Only cycle requires 2 weeks after last shot before PCT starts)
you can take a steroid until your PCT starts
(I recommend taking a 6 week DHT-derivative at the end

so if:
week 1-12 Test Enanate
week 14 PCT

do: Week 9-14 DHT-derivative (Winstrol, Anavar, Miotolan etc.)
