First cycle rev 2. Your opinions please.

Ok guys, newbie here and I have taken a fair amount of **** for looking into all oral cycles. I have done my homework and spoke to some cool people on the boards (thanks Money Boss Hustla) and found that it is a better choice for my particular goals to do a cycle of injects (honestly I am nervous as hell. Im a puss when it comes to needles) here are my stats and goals so you can form an oppinion of my intended cycle
20 years, 6'2, 206lbs, 9%. I am looking to gain 10-20 lbs of muscle and loose some fat. Here is what I came up with. What do you guys think. Is Test enanthate ok for my first cycle? I have heard differing oppinions.

*nolvadex 20mg/day week 1-15

What do you think. I am a perfectionest when it comes to diet and regimine. I am 20 6'2 206lbs at 9%. What do you think I will gain and how much of that will I lose if PCT is done correctly? And what can I expect when it comes to side effects ( I know what sides are possible, but what are realistic from yo expeinces)
