How much Vitamin b6 on deca??

I am going to start a cycle on deca parabolan and sustanon, how much b6 will I have to take to prevent from progresteron gyno. (I will be taking 10mg Nolva through out)

200 mg is the reccomended dose, depends on the person also and how prone you are to getting gyno.

If you think you are prone to getting gyno I would get some bromo just in case. B6 alone hasn't prevented me from getting some progesterone gyno.

not sure if AAR has it(if they do buy from AAR and support the board) but you can get it almost anywhere.. GNC(expencive) rite aid, walgreens.

I would take it through pct, and maybe even a couple of weeks afterwards. It's cheap stuff, so why not.
