I need to drop this water, any suggestions?

It seems like as my water retention increases so does the pain in my shoulder joints, I'm practicly unable to do bench presses because of it. I'm upping my Nolva to 20mg ED, is there anything else I can use to dry me out? I feel like I'm drowning on the inside lol. Which other anti-e's would help me out specificaly with water retention?

Liquidex is great for reducing water on cycle not sure if it does much when off. or are you even on or off you dont say?
