quick question, help an iron bro out

if i'm taking 500mgs of test a week, and planning on running femara at 1.25 mg ED and nolva. the test i'm using is cypionate. now the questions i have are:

- when should i start my femera seeing at the test is a long acting ester? on the first pin?

- how should nolvadex be administered? if at all with femera?

start the femera with the first pin so you can build up a blood level of it.

1.25 ed is at the high end of the dosing spectrum. 1.25 eod is usually effective. With only 500mg of test a week and no other compounds, you should be ok w/ 1.25 eod. Some people say that nolva and fem are a bad combo (I forget why at the moment) but I run the nolva at 10mg ed. Dont use fem during pct though.
