alrgiht bros here we go

just finsihsed my pct on my first cycle went up to 255 gained 22 dropped eight so i am pretty satisfied with my results kept the bodyfat in relative check so now i am going to try and cut up some before the spring when i am going to do cycle #2.

Teh most difficult problem for me is that i work 12 hour shifts rotating days and nights so its hard for me to get a good scheduale together as far as getting cario in the morning and fitting training in as welll.

fiitting in the 7 or 8 meals a day is no problem as my work is pretty lax and have lots of free time to eat.


I have to have for different scheduales on meals training and cardio to fit weather i am night shift day**** or on days off but i will just give one sample as it kinda just rotates on hours depending on what shift i am on .

i will be doing also two weeks on of clen two weeks off eca on two weeks


dayshift

430am 5g glutamine and eca stack

5-545 cardio

715 8 eggs whites half cup of oatmeal

1015 1and half can of tuna flax seed oil 5 g of glutamine

1215 chicken brest 1/2 cup of rice carrots eca stack

415 1 half can of tuna flax

7-745 train

745 whey protein shake in water

900 chicken breast potato

1130 whey shake in water

protein 280g
carbs200g about?
fat 50g


how does this look should i add glucose in the pws and drop the potato so there arent to many carbs?

any idea on how to switch it up change something would be appreciated thanks bros
