    can someone tell me what steroids Arnold really took?

    Everybody says a different thing. someone says arnold only used: dianabol, stanazolol and primobolan. then another person says: he also used GH. who knows the real story?

    he did actually say this in the extra featuers of the 25th anniversary edition of pumping iron.

    but it wont just have been dbol.

    arnold used Dbol and test in the 1 to 2 grams! He never used cuting cycles he did that by his diet and training! He didnt believe much in areobic worrk but he did some ! he said that intense trainign and good diet wew his way to win!

    Sorry to dissapoint you guys, but he never used steroids, his workout included 30 push-ups and 30 pull-ups a day with a Subway Diet and good sleep, so no roids on arnold, ,sorry, LOL!!!

    well considering he needed a triple bypass he must have done something wrong, I bet he did alot of gear ever heard of a 18 year old with 20 inch arms natural.Haha

    i have been told arnold used a Deca ,Test ,d-bol cycels idk if its true but that what i have been told ...i have allso read that he tool like 50 d-bol in the am and 50 in the pm ...but i dont think so

    Noone has any idea what arnold took everyone has heard this and that but its all bull**** the only time i have heard anything about it is in the pumping iron dvd when he gave an example

    what he took is not as important as his genetics. Once he got his diet and training in tune, AAS was just icing on the cake.
