A buddy of mine talked me into trying out a new " supplement" about 30 minute's before we went to the gym,let's just say I went on the new "Jenny Crank" diet ! Well let's just say that I was feeling no pain,and damn strong.Keep in mind that I stopped juicing a little over 3 month's ago,and haven't been lifting heavy at all,just maintaining with med.weight and high rep's.Anyway,I decided to go a little heavy on chest (heavy for me) and did 4 set's on bench of- 225 X 8, 315 X 8,365 X 8,and ended with one set of 405 X 4.After that I was still feeling like superman after that so I did decline bench 3 set's of- 275 X8,315 X 8,and 425 X 7.I decided to end it off on incline with- 225 X8,275 X 8,and 335 X 8.I really was fuggin amazed that I could do that after not training hard for 3 month's,and no As's either.I know that I shouldn't do that stuff again,but DAMN did I feel strong.I wonder the #'s I could put up while I was hitting the AS hard ?? HHMMMM ?
