4 months on 2 months off

how does 4 months on and 2 months off sound for long term cycling? I am 44 years old and looking for a cycle that makes sense and is safe. Or would I be better with 3 months on and 3 months off? I am sure the 2nd is safe but how would the gaines be?
    Thanks guys!

you can do 4months on and 2 off, just get some blood work done and get cleared to be able to use AAS again. then your all good.

thanks plasticfuture112, how do you know what to look for on your blood work or do you have your doc check? Is there a book I can get that will give baseline stuff for blood work?
    Thanks again.

I tell my doc everything I've taken or am taking and he knows what to check for. If you can be honest with your doc you will be much better off. I don't always buy into the time on = time off philosophy. That's just my opinion but I always get my blood work checked and cleared with my doc before I start again.
