I reached my goal today in the gym

yea, it was a long term goal, but its not a short term goal.. I benched pressed 275x1 naturally... It was the most I ever lifted when I wasnt taking any juice... I been off for 15months and it was a long 15months, but I reached that goal... My sets today went like this
    205x10
    225x8
    245x3
    275x1
    Then I did 100lb dumbbells for 4reps

PS- I dont use a spotter..

Now my goal is 295.. I only attempted it once when I was on juice, and that was heavey.. Mabee I can get up to 285 naturally.. My biggest goal though is 315... Oh yea, I weigh only 160lbs, but am solid... Right now Im taking cell tech and some german/american no2 stuff... I think that is helping me.. And I just started doing forarms like 2 months ago, so I must have got stronger with my stronger forarms..

I know when i take off my shirt, I am ripped and solid.. Im not soft like alot of people I know who look 'big'... I am short though at 5'7", so that sux... but I make up for it..

Nice!!! FYI - celltech is garbage... might want to spend a little time in the supplements forum.

I spent years in there bro... I use what works for me.. I know cell tech is expensive and advertized like it bitttch, but I take in right after I work out for its dextros and then my protien after, and I see results with that than I did with any other creatine.. I also take glutemine.. And plus I get all my stuff wholesale in the next town over from a guy I lift with who owns it..

Cell tech is A) Creatine and B) Dextrose. The other stuff in there you don't need, or you can get just from eating food and taking vitamins. Buy the creatine, and mix it with your dextrose. You will get the same benefit for 1/10 the cost.

You can even mix your protein in there with it.

Well said! Cell Tech sucks all of there products are a complete waste. Invest in some good AAS and you will be throwing 315lbs like its tinker toys. Otherwise just do what Urbanlegend said creatine and dextrose mix its the exact same thing except the advertising and price

    great Job

Hey bro I weigh close to the same as you and I wanted to say good job on your PR.

My last PR on bench was 335 at 167lbs. bodyweight. I only say that to let you know that you will get your new goal. Stick with it and go heavy!!
