I'm new to all this and from all the posts I have been reading I can tell the people here know what they are talking about. So I figured it was worth a shot to as for some opinions. I'm 22yr 5'10 175lbs, been lifting for about 3yrs and finally decided its time to get that extra edge. I was wondering what is a good first beginning cylce to help me bulk up as much as possible also what should be taken with the cycle to minimize any sides especially bitch tits, really don't want thoes. Well any help would be much apreciated, once I have settled on exactly what to do I will keep a journal of my progress and gains. Thanks in advance
