I am starting very slowly and do not want to be noticed while on cycle.
I am taking Test 250 once per week for 12 weeks!
I am on a very clean diet and solid workout routine (6'1 and 240 - 18%bf).
Can I expect to drop some BF and gain 5-10lbs of lean muscle?
What should I expect?
Keep in mind I am not looking to gain 25lbs!
Trying to stay under the rader!
