Well this is the other thread. If some of you did not read that one, this is my dilemma. I need to take nolvadex at 10mg everyday and I am ONLY taking it to prevent Gyno. I do not want to limit any of my gains. The source I have is UG and it's my only source. They have capsule nolva at 20mg...and you can't break a capsule in half...so I'm stuck. As you see about I came up with this solution but I didn't bother asking because I thought it couldnt done until someone else suggested it. This is what this thread is for, to get more people's opinions on if this can be done or not...Taking 20mg of nolva every other day in the spirit of 10mg everyday...can it be done and still have the right result I'm looking for?

Absolutely. This stuff really comes down to opinion because nobody "knows" for sure. But I believe you can. Plenty of guys run 20mgs of nolva. And since its less effective then arimidex or letro and many people run that....I dont see why not at all.

arimidex and nolva arent the same thing. Ones a serm and the other is an anti-aromatase

What's the big deal. It's either a Pill or a Liquid. If anything, you'd need to break the pill in half.

IMO, the more frequent and lower dose you take of something, the better off you are.
