moving soreness

i took a shot of 250 enth (QV) in my glute. i was really sore the next day. But now, the soreness is moving around. its moving upward although it is decreasing. its almost to my lower back. is this strange or has it happened to anyone here? i usually take my enth shots with deca but i passed out from a quad injection and got onlt the deca in so i finished with the enth in my glute. does this have anything to do with it?

I get extreme soreness and swelling for like two weeks from QV Test E250.
