I recently just bought a carton of eggbeaters (liquid egg whites) from the grocery store. For breakfast I'm gonna start having them in addition to 1 scoop of whey protein shake in water and 1/2 cup of oats.
My question is could I mix 1 cup of egg beaters (24 g protein) with my scoop of whey and lets say...12 oz of water?
And if I do it like this, will mixing the slow acting proteins (liquid egg whites) and fast acting proteins (whey) NOT be a smart idea?
If this is not smart, what are good ways to cook the egg beaters?
And can you get salmonilla from drinking the liquid egg whites in my shake?

dont mean to highjack the thread but do you know why that is? and is that the case with meats as well? not that im planning on eating raw chicken or anything lol
