Tuna.... 2 tbsp mayo, scoop of relish, 1/4 of an onion chopped, some celery, a little garlic powder salt and pepper. GOOD STUFF!!!!

I make wraps out of romaine lettuce to give it some crunch.

You need to check out those new packets of Starkist that are flavored. The Hickory smoked tuna kicks ass, they are a little more money but **** they are so good compared to the plain stuff!

that sounds good, but it entirely defeats the purpose of a good pro/fat meal such as tuna/mayo....

If i was going to eat something with nutritional values like that i would rather just eat a real cheeseburger!

    thats a crock

Mercury poisoning is a myth. Would take years to develop anyways if it were possible. You'd have to eat a ton. But like I said it's a myth they have no actual examples of it happening

I've heard that Mercury poison is possible, but not from chunk light tuna. Supposedly the "albacore" in a can is real tuna fish, but the "chunk light tuna" is mostly some other fish(es). So if you eat a can of albacore, you might have problems.

(Any albacore eaters, please offer your opinions)

Tuna, mayo, lemon pepper and 3 hard boiled egg whites (cut up) all mixed together. I enjoy that meal on my non-lifting days.

Can't beleive so many of you eat tuna with mayo. For me it just make it taste worse. Mayo works with any other fish for me but not tuna.

How about tuna and ranch dressing then? Wouldnt that make for a good pro/fat meal?
