im taking a second stab at am cardio i tryed in during my last cycle but was always tired and worked late.
this is going to be my day
5.30am cardio
6.30 breaky
7.00 work
home from work 5.00pm/8.pm depends.
8.30pm gym
10.00pm on here
11.00pm bed.
does anyone else get up at this time and work all day on there feet and dont get run down.
