    long acting proteins vs. short acting proteins

    its my understanding that some proteins act over longer periods of time and others act over shorter periods of time....


    which ones are shorter and which ones are longer acting?

    don't know if this is what your looking for but protein powders usually act quicker than say chicken breast which would act longer.

    You talking about whey protein, soy protein, powder protein ect vs chewed up food such as meat??

    Whey proteins are released quick and casinate proteins are slow releasing. Hence caesin b4 bed.
