Methyl D-extreme

I was wondering if anybody had the same experience as I had on this Gaspari product. Taking one 3mg pill a day, on the third day I had a bad break out. All over my nose, chin, cheeks, shoulders, arms, back, and stomach. I also need advice on what to do. I quit taking after yesterday (3rd day) because the break out was so bad it was painful to make facial expersions. Do I need to do a PCT or is it going to matter after only three days. Thanks dude, I realized it wasn't what it said on the label. It says just like winny/primo but it's more like tren. Bad stuff.
