    yeah what happens if your in the mid begginings of a cycle and you have a death in the family, makes you depressed and you feel like doing ****

    Sorry to hear that. You kind of have to answer that yourself. You should mourn and realize life is short and enjoy it while your here. If running this cycle while improve your quality of life than continue with it. If not stop, Its a hard time bro but things will get better. Good luck

    Hey bro, I feel you. I had just started my cycle when I found out my dad had cancer. I just toughed it out, ya know. Figured there's not much I could do about it now. But I hope things improve for you and remember to STAY STRONG! I know how it is bro.

    Sorry to hear about your loss mate, and trust me I know how you feel, I lost my daughter a few years ago to cancer, she was just three and half. Losing somebody close to you is the hardest thing you will ever have to face in your life. There is light at the end of the tunnel though, although you will never forget, it will get easier to deal with. You will have relapses of sadness along the way but that is all part of the healing process. Do whatever it is that makes you happy, and if thats the gym, well then use that as a bit of therapy. Good luck with your journey mate.
