Anyone ever use those bathroom scales that say they can accuratly tell BF%?? Just wondering if anyone thought they would be accurate?? They claim to be within 1% of water weighing.

I've heard that they tend to get skewed at the two ends of the spectrum...extremely low/high BF. Anything in between is supposed to be pretty accurate. I never used one so I can't say for sure, just what I heard.
