    1" Pin For Traps, Lats, Pec &/or bicep?

    Plan on shooting Traps, Lats, Pec &/or bicep. Good to go using a 1" pin? Burry it? thanks

    i use 5/8 for biceps, traps, and chest and 1" for lats
