So there is this new guy at my gym. He started coming in about 4 weeks ago.

He works hard
Puts up his weights
Doesn't stand around talking
When he has a question he waits til you are between sets
He knows he doesn't know much and is willing to take advice
Seems dedicated

Out of all the noobs at my gym, this is the only one I actually like.
