    info on details of steriods

    i need to know what steriod does with your muscles im looking for a steriod that goes for half cut and half bulk, right now i weight about 185lbs and im 6'2 i want to weight about 220 after im done with my first cycle. I've heard deca is good for what i want what do u guys think?
