Umm, yeah.
It does bloat me up like a MF, but yeah. I hear the new CEE - creatine ethyl ester works great, with no bloat. Check out the Supp. forum for details.
Its kind of a waste of money in my opinion, save the creatine till after your cycle.
Creatine is cheap as hell, though. I still think it's good for volumizing the muscles on and off cycle. If you run it PC, you can maintain size, which is nice.

I dont see whats wrong with creatine. In fact my favorite protein shake is muscle milk and its fully dosed with creatine. If you dont want to absorb the creatine, drink a coke shortly before the muscle milk because caffiene will deactivate the creatine receptors for up to 3.5 hours after the caffiene ingestion.Originally Posted by nkae168
