500 or 750?

i started last sat my 2nd cycle



1-4 dbol 30mg

1-12 test E

1-10 deca 400mg

1-12 nolva 20mg

my question is should i stay on 500mg that i
started with or should i up it to 750 ?

oh btw in general is it better to take lets say 400 mg of deca thats 2cm of oil in one shot or its better to be 2 shots?

for the deca you can easily put that in 1 shot, ive done double that. as for the test, id say it really depends on your weight since its your second cycle. if your over 200lbs id bump it up to 750mgs. if under 200lbs stay at the 5oomgs.

500mg is enough. Split the deca with the test shots.

i'm 200lbs i think i'll stay on 500mg

it all depends on you experiance. im about 240lbs with 7%bf and 750mgs of test dosnt do anything for me. for great results i usually inject around 1500mgs a week. ive been lifting most of my life though and using roids for a long time also. if 500 works for you then there is no reason to go any higher and get more of the side effects.

500mg is ok, together with the deca and d-bol its a gram of juice per week...
