Well to be honest, i dont squat (i cant remember the last time I did). Bench is done since i surgery on my left arm. I had an osteochondroma (tumor composed of bone and muscle) where in certain positions, i'd lose circulation in my arm. (they took out 1/2 my muscle in my upper arm and 75% of my bone). So i've been milking and proteining it since. My max bench right now is around 375-400 now give or take 25lbs

hey bro. by losing circulation do you mean like you could just be sitting there and your hand goes numb or you even wake up from your hand going numb? let me know b/c if I have what you had I'd like to know more about it. I've had these issues for a few months and ugh i bothers me alot.
    thanks.

Well, thankfully, i never woke up numb. It was discovered during routine checks of the doctor. The tumor I had would press against my main veins in my arm which basically kept all the blood from flowing into my arm. Fortunately i rarely would fall asleep on my left side on top of my arm for this to happen. But i have been in situations, such as just stretched out on the couch where basically i didnt feel anything for a brief period of time. Based on where it was, the surgery was very dangerous as it could have resulted in me with a loss of a limb. It was actually operated on by the same surgeoun who operates on the president up in Bethesda. God was definitely on my side. I don't have the prettiest scar, but if i had no arm, i wouldnt have this scar to be thankful for... It's a blessing honestly. So i was only down to 25% of my bone and muscle in my arm...i still had one...

No, don't compete, I'm nowhere near that state. never done any cycles before. Read up on things like that, but never have done anything. Just eat chicken, tuna and beef and drink myoplex mass (sport).

    B is a big boy.

I have not taken any measurements in a while......anything I gave you right now would be a guestimate....I will take some soon though and get back to you.....

I can tell you that I am 6' (OK, 5'11.5") 292 as off this past Sunday. I can fill a XXXL shirt very well and my pants waist size can range from a 38-42 depending on how much room they have in the legs.

Yeah im the same way, i have to get up to a 46" pants just because they are the only ones that dont look like biker shorts on my 35" thighs, when my waist is only 41-42. Thank god for belts

Im in that XXXXLT category myself. Big and tall is the worse combo when its time to get clothes. Kingsizedirect though had a great coupon

Man, a lot of people say I look like Bob Sapp, this is wild

Keysteroid - As you stated, bodybuilding is about heart and determination, which he definitely has yet you say he is not a bodybuilder. So explain to me how calling someone ugly has anything to do with being a bodybuilder? For the record, Big Jon seems like a great guy judging by his posts - not immature and arrogant like some..... Gee, I wonder who that could be??? I think he looks great and very far from ugly. Call me a fag if you want, I really don't give a s***.

    Bob Sapp was an ex- American football player, who is now competing in the K1 arena circuit which is mainly held in the far east { Tokyo, hong kong ect }, It is a combination of martial arts , kickboxing, boxing, or what ever your specialality is, in a full contact fight { with gloves }

The Dutch are by far the best, Sapps record is nothing but a joke to be honest, he has won as many as he has lost,he is a huge goliath of a man, whos fitness level expires in the first 30 seconds of the first round,he has a glass jaw, but the fights he wins are due to his huge bouldering swings, and If they hit you are lights out.

He is more of a marketing strategy than any thing else, he is very popular with the Asians, which is good as it gives K1 a lot more coverage, Tyson was suppose to fight Sapp in the K1 { yeah, you read right, quite a joke if you ask me } but nothing transpired after his loss to Danny Williams.

I have heard from a friend of mine who once fought in the K1 circuit that he is one hell of a nice guy, but one thing is for sertain he is one HUUUUUUGGE
guy, hope i was able to give you a little feed back on the Sapp prodigy.

    Godspeed

How can you judge someone's physique looking from the chest up? How about posting the rest of you. Step away from the camera and try a few standard poses. Everyone is saying you're huge. Yeah ... from the shoulders up.

This comment is not directed to BigJon but who cares how much you weigh when your body fat percentage is 30%. I'm not saying his is but what is the point? I didn't realize the point of using steroids was to get as fat as possible just to reach a number. My point is everyone is saying he's huge. Yes, huge by numbers ... but is it muscle? I can't tell by looking at someone's neck and shoulders.

I not concerned with weight either, yeah it sounds good, but im not gonna say its all muscle either, yeah, my bodyfat is around 19-20, maybe higher (this is doctor measured, im in the country and dont have the big time test body fat in water, etc) and im not ashamed to admit it. BTW, i've never said the goal of me was just to take steroids and grow huge in fat and muscle, so to speak. Shoot carlos, if i had your midsection, i'd be happy... Like i said before, when i get some of this fat off my midsection, i'll be more than happy to show it, i think the before and after would have a much greater effect. Patience and i'll show you all Many folk say i'd be "right" if i'd cut some. Dont want to be shredded, but i guess a little extra muscle def would always help me physically as well as aesthetically.
