    Clen affects wow

Well my clen has finally kicked in, no jidders or shakes, but i am cramping up like crazy and it seems like i am always dehydrated no matter how much i drink. And i am up like four times a night taking a wizz. Does any one know if clen works like a dyuretic?

taurine helps prevent cramping, take some more potassium to it will help.

Anyone know about this? I noticed the same thing...started clen at 60, up to 150ish now, and i am pissing 4-6times a night easily, given I usually get up at least twice during the night to pee but this clen is making me wake up every 2 hours to piss, however, went from 243 to 226 in about 2 weeks? Diet + cardio of course, loving it so far.

Or smoking pot! stop using the mary jane! just kidding. How much salt do you take in during the day. To much salt and clen can lead to the still feeling dehydrated feeling.
