I was just wondering if anybody has tried that Met-Rx ASP 60? Its a protein powder with 60 grams of protein. If so, how did it taste?![]()

You must mean AMP 60, not ASP.Originally posted by Met-Rx

Anyways, I bought a case of it myself last fall cause I saw "60 grams...." and flipped. Don't let it fool you. If you notice, AMP 60 has 91 g of powder in the packet. The regular has 72 g powder and has 37 g protein. Basically they up the powder amount and the protein goes up just a bit and charge more per g of powder. I'd stick with the regular stuff.
I like the Met-Rx APM 60.
The APM 60 vanilla has 290 calories, 2.5g of fat, 60g of protein, and 7g of carbohydrates.
Original Met-Rx vanilla has 250 calories, 2g of fat, 37g of protein, and 22g of carbohydrates.
I use both. The APM 60 makes a very thick shake. But it is expensive!
thanks for the info. bros.
