I am from the UK and seen this guy called Anthony Ellis and just wanted to know if this guys achievements are real ( if u are reading this Anthony apoligies. Just very curious!).
DO NOT LIST THOSE TYPES OF PAGES HERE W/OUT PRIOR ADMIN APPROVAL.
I have been working out for around 3 - 4 months and keep changing my workout. This is because someone says 'do this programme with a lil cardio' or 'dont do that crap, do the same as me'. I am very confused and do not know what programme to do!
My real questions is it really possible to achieve what he has in 16 weeks with the right diet?
