I'm in the middle of my contest prep. I have done a few cycles before but I would like to start putting together my next cycle even though after my show I will take a few weeks off AAS.
This is what I was thinking. I want to gain good quality mass:
Week 1-13: Test cyp or enant @750
Week 1-12: Deca or EQ @ 600 mgs
Week:4-12: tren @75 ed or 100 eod
Week:1-4: test prop at 75 ed and/or dbol (or anadrol at 50 mg) at 40 mgs a day.
What do you guys think? Would it be a good idea to do both test prop and dbol for the first 4 weeks or should I stick to one or the other?
Also, would it be best to use tren @75ed or 100 eod( I'm using 75 eod now).
If you have any suggestions I would be very happy to listen to them.
