I would say pornstar. But realistically, the trades are relatively quick to train into and start working from what I've seen. I don't really know your details or expectations though.

I went to college in OKlahoma. I started when it was accredited but by the time I graduated it lost it's accredation due to some law that past.

My exp. is sale, I am almost done with my issa cert. but havent worked on it in a while.

I got the short end of the stick when I came off the mission feild. Money that was supposed to go to me was sent back to Churches because of a philoshophical difference with my Pastor.

That's an interesting background for sure. Like I said before, one of the faster fields to get into is the trades..electrician, carpenter, that type off career. Money had gotten a lot higher due to increasing demand...nobody wanted to train for that anymore a few years back so the amount of skilled workers around now is low now.

Where do you live? I'm in Vegas, and just landed an amazing job as a Bellman/Limo Driver. I had no experience... just ambition! Go for the money man! I'm pulling in $600 a night sometimes, and on average $450-$500/day. That's WAY more that what I was making as a waiter.

Registered nurses right now seem to be one of the best fields to get into. There is a nation-wide shortage for them, and they make a satisfactory income.

"Median annual earnings of registered nurses were $48,090 in 2002. The middle 50 percent earned between $40,140 and $57,490. The lowest 10 percent earned less than $33,970, and the highest 10 percent earned more than $69,670."

The biggest benefit of this field is there is always going to be a need, and finding a job shouldnt be an issue no matter what part of the country you live in.

I'm an RN but if I had to do it over again, I would definately pick something else. I think the best thing about it though is job security and the money is not bad either.

After I got hired as a Firefighter/Paramedic, I seriously thought about going to nursing school to be an RN. That quickly changed when I saw how short staffed and miserable the majority of nurses looked when I would drop off a patient.

As it stands, the plan is to become a Veterinarian shortly after I retire.

    With your back ground..

you should join a good Non Profit org...

just because they are non profit.. doesn't mean they dont' pay well.. trust me..

Sales is what fund raising is about.. and organized fundraising is most important..

since you are baptist.. I know you don't have a problem.. passin the plate..

so that would be my recommendation..

Doctorcc, I live in Utah but for 450-600 dollars a day I'd move to vegas. How often do you work. Tell me a little more about your job.

I work 4 days a week at the Green Valley Ranch (upper-class casino/hotel off the Strip). Many of the guests are celebs and exects, so they can afford to take care of those that stand out a bit (like me). You can line up an interview online by going to stationcasinos.com and completing an application. The new Winn hotel is taking many of the local employees so now's the time to apply at the location of your choosing!
