so I just wanted to know, since I just bought No2 if anyone around this site has done it, and how were your results, and how long did it take to u started fealing results, and did u cut body fat???/

i've done it before as well as a few of the players that were on my team, i wasn't impressed by what it did at all, but others said that it worked geat for them, so i dunno if there is a correct answer to this might just b a person to person type thing. i did notice that after liftin i felt the pump a lil longer than when i wasnt on aything though but that's all i could tell that it did

Well multi-vitamins work but will they induce hypertrophy? If no2 works for you then good. Have at it.

try to take at least 5 - 9 grams a day

for a more general fullness feeling all day spread out 9 grams in 3 doses evenly

if you want a large pump all you need is about 5 grams pre workout

take it about 1 hour before

peak plasma levels occur at the 1-2 hour mark

also as I noted earlier you must get a reputable company you trust

No2 is an aid for the advanced supp user and has a place
