    newbie

    Hi newbie here just wanted to introduce myself to everyone my name is trevor i'm 25 years old 6'5" 175 been doing it naturally for a little while now but looking at other options. Doing some homework first though. Anybody can drop me a pm anytime.

    dont be in a hurry to start....learn as much as you can and then make a decision based off what you know.

    i have not done any gear...but from what i have heard and read, the most mistakes and health problems dont come from the gear itself; they come from a uninformed user trying to get big in a hurry.
