take them both IMO..I always run a AI with a serum...

also take 50mg nolva a day untill your nips arn't sore anymore thats bad news bro...Then switch to 20 it sounds like your very gyno prone...
Go to the pct forum for more info on coming off...READ UP BRO your playing with your body...
