PWO on training days only, especially if this is your first time.

If AAS in not present, insulin in the AM off OFF training days can be beneficial to stave off catabolism. But leave that for when you are a little more experienced with insulin. For now, stick with PWO on training days only as mentioned above. Insulin is most benefiting PWO anyway.
