Nah, I never drop dex. (well, a few weeks out from a show/shoot, yes)
Carbs are cut low like that on days I don't weight train if/when I am cutting seriously.

It consistently changes dependent upon my cardio activity that day.

This 60g of carbs on non-training days is killing me... I have to tough it out better next time.
