I just heard on the News that the ban of Ephedra was overturned by Federal Court. Thought i would spread the news.

the companies who make any ephedra product are going to have limitations. the most ephedra they can have per serving is i believe 10milligrams. so its not enough to do anything without taking a lot. some states are still banning it though like california, new york and another.
