my first cycle

hey everybody,
i'm new to this board; jp1570 recommended it to me. i'm about to start my first cycle and am looking for any advice y'all can give me. i'm going to run deca for 10 weeks with oral winstrol somewhere in the middle to the end. afterwards, i have some clomid to help in keeping my gains. what do y'all think?

You didn't mention any of your stats or experience...I wouldn't run the test without Deca...I'd recommend,
Test 400mg/week 10 weeks
Deca 300-400mg/ week 10 weeks
winny 50mg evd weeks 7- 13

start clomid right after you quit the winny...

If this is your first cycle I wouldn't stack, I belive your reseptors are fresh and you dont need too, my 2p

I concur with Ironfist and I would point out that Deca for 10 weeks w/ not Testosterone = limp dick.

i'm not sure i understand the limp dick comment -- do i really need test too?


as far as my stats go, i'm 22, 5'10-11" 165-170 lbs, and ive been training since i was 15. i've always been pretty lean and have never had an easy time putting on muscle -- more of an endurance athlete.

ironfist has a great plan. i personally prefer using eq instead of deca for more manageable estrogen related side effects instead of the progestenic sides you get from deca.

i definately believe u with the eq over deca, i got the gyno from that and have no way of getting rid of it, its not bad but shit...i notice it so it pisses me off. eq and winny alone can be done with significant gains but its always good to throw some t200 or something in there

how susceptible to gyno am i if i'm taking the deca with winstrol? i don't know if this is true, but i thought that if i notice that i'm starting to get gyno and get off the deca quicly enough, it'll go away. i've already bought my stuff, so i don't really want to throw it away.

Since no one else has answered it, I'll say this much at least and then someone should be able to add more, but the dosage of deca you're taking probably doesn't warrant concern of prog gyno unless you're really prone to it, which is unlikely. Do a search for "progesterone gyno," there's a lot of stuff to read about it.

even if you got deca gyno, if you quit it then you'd be fine,

you dont wake up with breasts out of know where.
