    thanks guys. i'm getting my strength back, that is to say i can get up out of bed to eat a bowl of cereal without getting out of breath and passing out lol.

    6 days so far. i'm anticipating being out of the gym for another 2-3 weeks, so probably a total of 3-4 weeks. i've had pneumonia before and i was out for about a month last time. i lost everything, but the gains came back quickly though and without AS.

    nice to have you back... i'm sure the evil organization has alot of catching up todo And i hear ya about the muscle loss, I was out of the gym for 5 weeks post surgery a few months ago but my gains came back almost immediately, good luck bro.
