    and you should run the enth no less than 12 weeks for maximum results.

    How much did yas keep a couple of months after pct? Im up 30pounds on my bench at the moment(doin dbol too though)

    I moved mine in 12 weeks from 205x4 to 315x4. once i came off the test it went back to 315X1. test e 500mg ew and winny.

    60, but I was also on dbol.

    Kept most of the strength.

    umm.. im going to say you coulda gaind alot of that str naturally... since you probably didnt have a solid base.

    thats alot in 8 weeks. what do you work out with if you max 365 now?? just an idea of what weight you would use for 10 reps??

    How did that exactly come? I'm, stressing since I'm on my 5th week and so far have gone up only 10 pounds from 375.... this is also my first cycle so getting kinda frustrated, was expecting more but then again I'm still hoping....

    dont get me wrong test is great but diet is 80% of it.. its just GEAR is synergetic w/ diet
    thus improve diet - greatly improve affects of gear
    see?

    Im aware of that and would say my diet is in check since I eat clean and so much that feel like getting fatter also.. my weight has gone up about 14 pounds which sux since it has gone up more than my strength. .

    my first cycle my power lifts went like this and all of the strength gains were kept.
    bench from 265-330
    squat from 450-540
    deadlift from 515-595

    gained and kept 17 lbs. of muscle after all said and done.

    my first cycle was 10 weeks of Prop @75mg ED

    post your stats and daily intake in the diet forum and get it critiqued... not flaming just maybe some small key points your lacking... maybe small but EXTREMELY CRUCIAL to growth.

    With adequate protein intake and enough carbs (I am gaining weight like Im supposed to) I just find it weird that my strength gains arent that great... Especially in bench (deadlift goin up a lot more...) Bench was 375 and now about 10 pounds more.... I am 6 foot 1 and 270 pounds so kinda big naturally (was 255 b4 cycle)

    i just finished a 10 week cycle of test e and i gained 416 lbs on my bench and i went up 300lbs in weight!

    bench went from 225x2 to 295x2 then dropped back down to 265x2
    squat went from 315x1 to 405x3 now back to 375x2
    shoulder press went from 75#dumbbellsx6 to 100#dumbbellsx5. still almost do that much still though.

    i was higher than 500mg though. 4th cycle and it was about 1200mg test e and test p

    wow i think i am weak in the dumbell area. I can only get 80lb db's on shoulder press. they are hard for me to control. I can military press 225 on 1 bar though. same as my flat bench. i can get 100lb db x5 but can bench 315x1 clean.

    oh boy shoulders!
    i do 3x 12 w/ 100's on military
    w/a 295 bnt Military CLEAN full motion bar to ears
    sadly my incline bench is only 315 which doesnt really seem proportional but hey take wut God gave ya right?

    315x4
    365x1 (max)
    I'm running hgh and halos too. The halos really kick the strength up. And no I'm not internet tough either. This is my actual workout.

    My first cycle of test i went from 265 to 335,
    Now third cycle- tren and test ,
    225 x10
    265 x10
    315 x7
    365 x3
    395 x 1

    sorry, i do exactly this 225x12, 275x6, 315x4 and there is no way in hell I could get 365x1. Try it next time without your spotters hands on the bar. your friend may swear he didnt help but i would say he is. I used the bench press calculator also and for me it is dead on.. 275x6 is 325 max and thats about what i could do 1 rep.

    my shoulders are quite a bit larger in proportion to my chest. i definetely have some work to do on the pecs. i've always been better with dumbbells then barbells.

    It honestly means nothing. I have ALWAYS been way stronger for a 1rm, than I have with reps. Back in my natural days I could only do 315 for 4-5, but could do 385 (with perfect form I might add-PL style, and no one touching the bar). I have always been like that. People used to watch me workout and say, "I bet you could hit 300 if you tried," "Yeah, thanks assholes.''

    Hey heres an interesting question, its kindof off topic but its about test e. WTF would happen if ya drank test e straight out of the amp?

    Did about 400mg/week of Test E, results:


    3/2:
    bench 225/3 235/2 205/6 185/10 195/6

    3/15:
    Bench 250/1 (needed help) 225/5 205/8 190/10

    3/26:
    Bench 270 Absolute max - chest touch

    4/13:
    bench 275/1 225/9 205/10

    4/19:
    bench 280/1 225/10

    I started in Feb, so I would say a tad less than 50 pounds.

    You would waste perfectly good gear. Better off using that oil to cook your chicken.
