First cycle please help.

This is my first cycle starting Mon. you guys recommended single esther test
so I got Nutri-vet cyp. 250. I plan on taking 250mg on Mon and Thurs.
I also have nolvadex 20mg a pill[white] and liquidex. Which should I take or take both I want as little water retention as possible. clomid is 50 mg pills[blue]. My stats are 5'9" 178 15% bf. Good clean diet 180-200 grams protein a day. Just benched 300 today.
I also have Tornell Supertest 250 should I sell this or save it for the future?

250mg of test twice per week is good. Using nolva or l-dex is fine. You may want to use the nolva for it's benefits to your lipid profile, but you can experiment and see which one you prefer.

I would definitely get your diet in check before you start. I would be shooting for 225-250 grams of protein at your bodyweight. How many calories are you taking in, or planning to?

wk 1-12 Test E/Cyp 350-500mg/wk (2x 250mg Mon/Thurs)
wk 1-12 Nolvadex 10mg/ED

PCT

wk 14-16 Clomid 100mg/ED
wk 16-18 Clomid 50mg/ED
wk 14-18 Nolvadex 20mf/ED
wk 14-18 Creatine 5-10g/ED (depending on bodyweight)
wk 14-18 Tribulas 3-5g/ED

The Nolvadex will help with the water retention at 10mg/ED

with cyp start your pct 18days after the last shot,it is slightly longer actin than the test e so you start 18 days not 14.

The nolvadex pills are 20 mg so just cut the pill in half?
What is the difference between Liquidex and Nolvadex?
