7 a.m 7 egg whites 2 whole wheat toast 2 glasses milk
9:30 a.m 50 gram pro shake. Sometimes a yogurt with
12:00 Chicken breast or some sort of red meat. Usually rice along with.
3:00 50 GRAM PRO SHAKE
5:30 REGULAR DINNER. CHICKENOR STEAK. usually potatoes or some sort of rice. Milk.
7:30 can of tuna or chicken.
9:30 50 gram pro shake.
Man I write that out and it sure seemed like i was eating more than that. I think i need more cals and carbs. Any suggestions on food that will help to add to this.
