I know spreading your dosages out 3 or 4 times a day with dbol is the thing to do, but is there anyone that takes a full dosage before workout?
Im not saying i want to do this, so no need to bash me, just wandering if anyone does?

Dont take the full dosage before the workout. The reason ppl split it up is because dbol has a very short half-life....6hrs i believe. you spread them out to maintain a constant level in your body. fluctuations cause sides.
I have taken 30 mg before working out. It definately makes a noticeable difference.
